ORDERS

Do you offer free shipping and returns?

We provide free shipping on orders within the U.S. for orders over $125. We also offer expedited shipping options for a fee. Currently, we do not provide free return shipping.

How much will I have to pay for customs fees?

Customs fees are determined by the country of import and are based on the weight and size of the package. To get information about the specific fees for your order, please contact your local postal office.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours between 9 am and 5 pm. If you place an order after our cut off time at 12:00 pm, it will be processed & shipped on the next business day. Once your order is processed, the shipping time will depend on the chosen shipping method, usually between 2-8 days for U.S. orders and may take 2-3 weeks for International orders. All orders are shipped from our facility in Florida.

I am not in the U.S. Does Modesty Muslimah deliver to my country?

Absolutely! We provide worldwide shipping to most countries. To confirm if we deliver to your specific location, kindly visit our website and proceed to the shopping cart. At checkout, you can find the shipping section where you can select your Country/Origin. This will display a list of all the countries we can ship to.

What is the expected timeframe for receiving an email response?

Most emails are answered within 24 business hours ( Monday-Friday). However, during busy times, holidays and sales events, it may take up to 48 business hours to receive a response.

What is the estimated shipping time for my order?

Orders will be processed and dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. However, during busy seasons, it may take up to 5 business days for orders to be processed. Once a U.S. order has been processed, it will be delivered within 2-8 business days, depending on your shipping address and chosen shipping method after your order has been processed. If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders are shipped from our facility in Florida.

International shipping typically takes around 2-3 weeks to the majority of countries. We also provide expedited shipping options, but the cost depends on your location and desired delivery speed. There, you will find various shipping options based on the weight of your items and shipping address, along with estimated delivery times for each price range.

What do I do if I need to make a change to my order?

After placing an order, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order. However, if you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at Support@modestymuslimah.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate a change to the shipping address before processing the order. Please note that we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes or cancel the order once it has been placed. If the order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is delivered. We recommend reaching out to them for assistance.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has been recently placed but not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at Support@modestymuslimah.com. Our order processing time is very fast, usually within 1 business day. So it is important to act quickly. If you cancel before the order is shipped, you will receive a full refund and will not be charged anything. However, if you cancel after the order has been shipped or if the carrier is unable to deliver the package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping fees.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Currently, we do not provide exchanges, returns, credits, or price match adjustments for items that were discounted after your purchase date.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

We recommend first checking your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and reaching out to your neighbors to see if they mistakenly received your package. If your package doesn't show up within 8 business days from the daparture date, please get in touch with the carrier. Feel free to reach out to us as well if you need any assistance!

Shipping & Returns

Domestic U.S. Shipping

Get free shipping on U.S. orders over $150! At checkout, orders below $150 will be calculated based on the chosen carrier rates. International Shipping

Customers outside of the U.S. are paying the shipping carrier fees during the checkout process. Please note that additional customs, duties, taxes and / or fees may be applicable upon delivery for orders outside of the United States. If you have any questions regarding these fees, kindly reach out to your postal office.

International: Customs, Taxes, and duties Fees

International orders outside of the U.S. and Canada may be subject to duties and taxes based on the order subtotal and shipment destination. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country upon arrival. Modesty Muslimah cannot be held accountable for any fees incurred.

Please contact your local customs or postal office for additional information regarding duty and tax fees and guidelines prior to purchase.

Modesty Muslimah cannot be held accountable for any customs fees that customers refuse to pay for their parcels. Additionally, we will not provide refunds for orders that have not been returned to our facility. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees that have not been paid by the customer. Moreover, Modesty Muslimah cannot be held responsible for any delays in the shipment caused by the carrier or postal holds imposed by your country.

Tax laws imposed by the UK's tax authority, all shipments destined for the United Kingdom valued at £135 or less will be required to ship DDP (duties paid in advance of shipment).

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we provide a convenient return or exchange policy within 14 days of your order placement. You have the option to receive a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. They should not show any signs of damage, wear, makeup, markings, stains, or scents.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

Can I return items I've used a discount code?

Yes, unless the item is not eligible for return.

Please be aware that there are certain items that cannot be returned. Please refer to our Exceptions / non-returnable items policy for more information.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return or exchange, email Support@modestymuslimah.com & provide your order number along with your contact details and reason for your return.

When should I expect a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The original shipping charge to send your item(s) is non-refundable and is deducted from the refund total along with a restocking fee of 10% unless Modesty Muslimah is responsible for sending a damaged or incorrect product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@modestymuslimah.com.

Fabric Care

Before deciding whether to wash your garment, check the care label. Different fabrics may require different cleaning methods. Some may need to be dry-cleaned, so it's important to follow the instructions on the label.

Why do some fabrics with the same color name appear different?

Each type of fabric absorbs dye in a distinct manner. Fabrics possess various qualities like base color, content, and weight which influence their dye absorption. Furthermore, slight variations occur in each fabric production batch, causing differences in dye absorption and resulting in shade variations.
